Terms and Conditions

General Conditions:
- The client must always arrive on time, preferably five minutes before the appointment.
- If the client is 20 minutes late for the scheduled appointment, the appointment will be rescheduled for another day.
- If the client wishes for additional time, a fee of 690 SAR per 30 minutes or 400 SAR per hour will apply, knowing that this service is available based on daily scheduling availability.
- We welcome the photography of both parents (at no extra charge) and siblings (an additional fee of 460 SAR applies).
- All session photos will be sent to the client via a link within 72 hours after the session (the photos will be available for 3 months only from the date they are sent).
- No companions are allowed, but helpers such as a nanny or sister are welcome in the studio.
- The client is not allowed to request photography that violates ethics and public decency.
- Jamila Studio reserves the right to terminate the photo session and ask the client to leave the studio or for the photographer to leave the shooting site if the photographer experiences inappropriate behavior or threats from the client during the session. The client then has no right to claim the session fee.
- Jamila Studio is very cautious, especially when dealing with newborns/children, and disclaims any liability for any harm or injury that may occur due to client negligence.
- Invoicing discounts can only be applied with the service provider's approval.
- The client is fully responsible for any damage or harm caused within the studio.
- The client must maintain the studio's cleanliness and not tamper with its belongings or smoke inside.
Booking Policy:
- The client's appointment is confirmed by transferring 50% of the invoice amount (sending a copy of the transfer and the name of the sender) within 24 hours of agreeing on the appointment date. The remaining amount of the invoice must be paid 24 hours before the appointment.
Gift Card Policy:
- To request a gift card, the client must pay the full invoice amount.
- The validity of the card is one year from the invoice issuance date.
- The recipient can change the package type by paying the difference or redeeming the remaining amount for other products if the paid amount exceeds the price of the selected package.
Appointment Rescheduling Policy:
- If the client reschedules the appointment at least a week before the session, no additional charges will apply, provided that this service is available based on slot availability.
- If the client reschedules the appointment 6 days or less before the session, an additional fee of 200 SAR will apply, subject to availability.
- If the client reschedules the appointment 24 hours before the session, an additional fee of 500 SAR will apply, subject to availability.
- In case of an emergency, the client must notify Jamila Studio immediately (at least 24 hours before the session).
- If an emergency occurs on the part of Jamila Studio, the client will be notified immediately, and the appointment will be rescheduled accordingly. In unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the client, excluding bank transfer fees.
Cancellation Policy:
- If the reservation is canceled 7 days before the session, the entire advance payment will be refunded to the client.
- If the reservation is canceled 6 days or less before the session, a fee of 500 SAR will be deducted from the advance payment.
- If the reservation is canceled 24 hours before the session, the full advance payment will be deducted from the client.
- For hospital birth photography packages, clients can cancel the reservation for any emergency, and the session value will be retained as a voucher for any other package.
Post-Processing and Editing:
- Photos must be selected by the client and communicated to us within 2 to 3 weeks at most from the appointment date. Any delay in selecting the photos will delay the album delivery.
- Photos are processed solely by Jamila Studio. If the client requests additional editing/adjustments after processing, an additional fee will apply. Please consider that the decision to process photos rests with the studio and the team.
- Editing the montage is allowed once; any additional modification requests will incur a fee of 100 SAR per request.
- The client has no right to claim photos from sessions that have passed more than 3 months from the session date.
Printing:
- Photo processing takes two weeks after the client selects the photos.
- For printing permission, it is required that the client informs Jamila Studio if they are "Wearing Hejab," as external resources will be used to print the album with the best possible quality. Other products will be printed at Shahd Al-Ruwaidan Studio.
- Photo printing takes 5 to 7 business days.
- Album printing takes 4 to 5 weeks, as long as there are no shipping delays beyond the control of Jamila Studio.
Album Collection:
Albums must be collected from the studio. If the client wishes to receive the album via delivery or courier service, the album will be securely sealed to maintain the privacy of the photos.
Privacy:
At Jamila Studio, we are committed to protecting the client's privacy, which includes photos and personal information, and the studio does not have the right to publish or use the photos without written consent from the client.
Photos and Copyright:
Photos produced by Jamila Studio are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced in any form without explicit written permission from the studio. The client must obtain written approval from the studio before publishing their photos.

The transfer of the mentioned amount constitutes a confirmation by the client of acceptance of the previously established terms and conditions.
